Invite a team member

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address and select a role
  4. Click Send Invite
They receive an email with a secure sign-up link. Once they create their account, they’re automatically added to your campaign with the role you selected.
Invites expire after 7 days. You can resend from the Team page if needed.
For volunteers you want to onboard quickly (e.g., at a phone bank):
  1. Go to Settings → Team → Share Invite Link
  2. Copy the link and share it via text or email
  3. Anyone with the link can join as a Volunteer
Share links always create Volunteer-level accounts. Use email invites for staff and managers.

Removing a team member

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Find the member and click the · menu
  3. Select Remove from campaign
Removed members lose access immediately. Their historical activity (walk completions, survey responses) is preserved.

Managing roles after invite

To change someone’s role after they’ve joined:
  1. Go to Settings → Team and find the member
  2. Click their current role to open the dropdown
  3. Select the new role
Only the Candidate (account owner) can change a Campaign Manager’s role. Campaign Managers can change Staff and Volunteer roles.
