The walks list

Dashboard → Walks shows all walks for your campaign. Each row shows:
  • Walk name and status
  • Stop count and completion percentage
  • Assigned volunteer(s)
  • Scheduled date (if set)
Use the search bar to filter by name. Toggle Show Completed to see finished walks.

Bulk operations

Select multiple walks with the checkboxes, then use Organize to:
  • Assign a script to all selected walks
  • Assign a survey to all selected walks
  • Change status in bulk
  • Select All walks at once

The walk detail page

Opening a walk shows:
  • Map (16:6 ratio) — stop pins color-coded by outcome, FBCAD boundary layers toggle
  • Script and Survey assigned
  • Assignments — who is walking and their progress
  • Live button — opens real-time volunteer tracking map

Printing walk sheets (Walk Books)

For paper-based canvassing or areas with poor cell coverage:
  1. Open the walk detail page
  2. Click Print → Walk Book
  3. A printer-ready PDF generates with the optimized route, voter info for each stop, and space for handwritten notes

Door hangers

Culper generates one door hanger per household (not per voter). To print:
  1. Open the walk detail page
  2. Click Print → Door Hangers
  3. Select a door hanger template
  4. Print and cut
Door hangers are left when nobody is home and are tracked per household.

Marking a walk complete

Walks complete automatically when all stops are visited. To manually complete a walk (e.g., volunteer finished early):
  1. Open the walk detail page
  2. Click the status chip and select Completed

Viewing results

After a walk, go to Walk → Results to see:
  • Survey response breakdown with charts
  • Support level distribution
  • Individual voter responses
  • Comparison across multiple walks in the same area
