Culper’s voter database is the core of the platform. Every walk, text, and email you send starts here.

What data is available

Every registered voter in Fort Bend County is in Culper with:
Name, date of birth, registration date, registration status (active/inactive), address, precinct, and all district assignments (congressional, state senate, state house, school board, ESD, etc.).
  • Party history — which primary the voter pulled (Republican, Democrat, or none). This is the strongest signal.
  • Modeled party — vendor-modeled partisan lean on a 5-grade scale (Hard Republican → Hard Democrat).
  • Political ideology — Culper’s 1–8 score from Extreme Conservative to Extreme Liberal, computed from all available signals.
Flags for 20+ issue areas: 2nd Amendment, border security, pro-life/choice, evangelical, veteran support, Trump support, immigration, environment, healthcare, and more. Derived from commercial data.
Religion, ethnicity, education level, household income bracket, homeowner status, marital status, age. Available for most voters via commercial data enrichment.
Best available mobile phone and email, resolved across multiple data sources with reliability scores. Phone type (cell vs landline) noted.
General and primary election participation for the last 5 cycles. Use this to find low-propensity voters who need activation vs. reliable voters who just need a reminder.
