Culper is an all-in-one campaign operations platform built for local races — city council, school board, state rep, county commissioner. It replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, Mailchimp, and expensive consultants that most local campaigns rely on.

What you can do

Target Voters

Search 670,000+ Fort Bend County voters by precinct, party, ideology, and issue positions. Save lists and build walks from them.

Block Walking

Generate optimized walk routes, assign volunteers, capture survey responses at the door, and track completion in real time.

Outreach

Send targeted emails and SMS to your voter lists. Compliant A2P 10DLC setup built in.

Mobile App

Volunteers use the Culper iOS app to walk, survey, and report — GPS-tracked, offline-capable.

How the data works

Culper pre-loads Fort Bend County voter data from official county rolls, enriched with L2 and i360 commercial data. Every voter has:
  • Party history — which primary they pulled (the strongest partisan signal)
  • Political ideology — a 1–8 score from Extreme Conservative to Extreme Liberal
  • Contact info — best phone and email resolved across multiple sources
  • Issue positions — 2nd Amendment, border security, pro-life, veterans, and more
  • Demographics — religion, ethnicity, income bracket, education, homeowner status
You can bring your own voter list too — just upload a CSV and Culper maps it automatically.
